We have a 3-days exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange only in case of wrong or damaged items. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, you can request an exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery. We will provide an exchange for the defective or incorrect part of the meter or piece, not the entire order. Please note that a minimum 25% restocking fee may apply to exchanges that are not due to wrong or damaged items.

As all our fabrics are custom printed for each order as per the required cut length, we do not offer returns for store credit or refunds. The exchange option is available only for defective pieces or items received in a damaged condition.

Please inspect your order upon reception, and if you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to make it right.

If the item being returned shows signs of use, and we determine that it does not have a manufacturing defect, the return will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will not issue store credit. In such cases, customers may be charged shipping to return the product to them. We will do our best to assist you in determining if the product is genuinely defective before issuing an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including personalized printed fabrics or any special orders. If you have any questions or concerns about any fabrics, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

For orders that contain products sold in OFFERS or SALE, we will not accept any returns unless the product is defective/damaged, or if you received a product different from what you ordered.

Please note that COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available for booking orders. If you had selected COD at the time of placing the order, there is no amount to be refunded as you haven't made any payment in advance.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet, if you cancel the order, any amount paid will be credited back into the source account within 6 - 9 working days from the time of order cancellation.
